This practical and
interactive two-day workshop was introduced in 2001 and has proven to be a
very popular and highly effective experience for those wanting to develop
their roles of supervising others.
Focusing on the day-to-day management of individuals and
teams, the Team Leader Objective is to provide those attending with a
variety of practical tools, and the opportunity to try these out before
taking them into their workplace.
Each
participant will undertake an analysis of their own work team’s current
performance and potential, and during the workshop will develop a detailed
Action Plan on issues identified as being of particular relevance.
