2011 has been another difficult year for many of our clients, and in many cases this has
meant tightening of budgets generally, and for training in particular.
However, we have to thank the clients who have continued to support us, and we hope and
believe that this will contribute to your return to better days, and to growth in the capability
and retention of your management and staff in the coming year.
Public Programmes
We've added to our public schedule a new one-day programme "Dealing
with Difficult People" details of which you can see elsewhere on this
website.
If the programmes which you want are not scheduled in your area, or you don't have the
numbers to run a programme in-house, do talk to us....we're happy to do the legwork for
you in talking to other clients in your area with a view to creating a viable local programme.
In-House Programmes
All of our public programme are adaptable for in-house delivery, as practical and interactive workshops, in addition to which we offer a wide range of topics which can be offered as stand
alone workshops tailored to your needs, or combined in any way which meets your specific development plans.
Amongst the in-house options, we have also added "Train the Trainer", "Influencing Effectively", and "Introduction to Sales"........we are also currently working on a new "Job Search" workshop
for individual / groups seeking new employment. Do get in touch if you'd like more information.
