Towards Management Excellence

Dates to be advised

The objective of this week-long residential programme is to develop the leaders of the future - people who are equipped to excel as both operational leaders and managers, and who also can take the strategic perspective.

Those attending this week-long programme will have the desire to develop their personal capability, in order to contribute to the direction and long-term future of their organisations. They will have had experience at middle management level, and be looking to move into senior management, or have moved into a senior role without the benefit of formal management training. Numbers are limited to 15, to ensure a personally tailored and interactive learning experience.

The programme provides a wide range of management topics, plus personal and 360-degree workplace evaluation, all presented by a range of expert Session Leaders in an interactive, syndicate based learning environment.
