Towards Management Excellence

Programmes dates for 2010 are:

  • 9th - 14th May

Formosa Country Club, Beachlands, Auckland

The objective of this week-long residential programme is to develop the leaders of the future - people who are equipped to excel as both operational leaders and managers, and who also can take the strategic perspective. The forerunner to this programme was “Management Forum”, previously offered by the NZ College of Management.

Those attending this week-long programme will have the desire to develop their personal capability, in order to contribute to the direction and long-term future of their organisations. They will have had experience at middle management level, and be looking to move into senior management, or have moved into a senior role without the benefit of formal management training. Numbers are limited to 15, to ensure a personally tailored and interactive learning experience.
