The objective of this new residential programme is to provide senior
managers from a variety of backgrounds, sectors and industries with a
New Zealand based and New Zealand focussed experience in the practical
skills and practices required to operate effectively as a member of
their organisation’s senior management team.
Those attending this week-long residential programme will have the
desire to develop their personal capability in order to contribute to
the direction and long-term future of their organisation. Numbers are
limited to 15 to ensure a personally tailored learning experience.
The programme provides a wide range of management topics, plus
pre-course 360-degree workplace profiling of leadership capability, all
presented by a range of expert Session Leaders in an interactive,
syndicate based learning environment.
