Whenever more than one person is involved in any situation for any length of time, personal boundaries will start to rub up against each other, different perspectives and attitudes will clash...this is a part of Life. Conflict will occur; and when it does the honest, respectful communication becomes paramount.
This one-day workshop addresses handling “difficult” people in a variety of practical, everyday situations... with clients, colleagues and in our personal lives. On completion, those attending will be able to minimise the likelihood of problems arising in the first place, through open, respectful, assertive communication; to recognise the situations and behaviours that trigger and escalate conflict; and skilfully and confidently diffuse aggressive situations.
