Business is about People....Organisations don't buy our products & services, the people in them do!! In trying to generate sales & increase revenue, we only ever have three types of Clients to go after......the clients we had and lost, the clients we've never had, and the clients we already have.

Many organisations ignore existing clients and fail to follow-up to gain more business from them. Yet when we give them great Client Service, contact them regularly, and talk to them, making them feel special, what happens?? More Business, More Referrals, More Clients.

Client Care & Retention is about attitude. This practical, interactive & enjoyable workshop provides simple strategies to better know, serve, satisfy and retain your key Clients, leading to more business, more income, and more satisfaction for all involved.
