Advanced Leadership Programme - LDP2

 

Programmes dates for 2010 are:

  • 18th - 19th March and 22 – 23 April (4 days programme), Auckland

Waitakere Lodge, Auckland - residential

This Auckland-based residential programme is designed for experienced and practicing senior managers, or for those in middle management who are being developed for potential promotion.

 

The programme provides an intensive review of leadership behaviours, dealing with issues and concepts commonly encountered in leadership roles.

 

Participants leave the programme having developed detailed action plans for themselves and their teams.

 


 

Programme content includes:

 

Pre-course consultation session

  • By a TMS representative, with the participant and possiby their Manager

  • Setting objectives – setting dates for process milestones

Pre-course completion of TMS survey documents

  • Team Management Index – self evaluation of work-styles / preferences

  • Leadership Behaviours Profile – 360 workplace evaluation of current leadership behaviours

  • Star Performing Team Profile - measures current team performance

  • QO2 profile - the balance and effort we put into seeing obstacles and opportunities at work

  • Supported feedback of the results of these surveys during the programme

  • Structured implementation, including TMS coaching session

    Programme Cost:  This is a residential programme, cost inclusive of meals and accommodation is
    $3,550 + GST.  Programmes all held in the Auckland area at Waitakere Lodge.
